Sisterhood Of The World Blogger’s Award

seventhvoice was kind enough to drop me a little present in my email this morning – thank you so very much!

Now I have to tell you seven random things about myself:

1: I believe that clowns are the most terrifying people on the planet

2: I have sung with Sir Terry Pratchett

3: I have never ridden a horse

4: I believe in the paranormal

5: My favourite colours to wear are red, blue and orange

6: I love stripey socks!

7: I can’t cross my eyes, but I can make my eyebrows dance

Now I need to nominate seven lovely people. This should be easy!

1: Littlesundog

2: willowdot21

3: elaine4queen

4: Dotty Headbanger

5: Thingsmybellylikes

6: Autistically Beautiful

7: Wordsfallfrommyeyes

Wonderful, deserving bloggers all!

Thank you so much once again seventhvoice – I am now going to post the award on my sidebar!

P.S You sang with Terry Pratchet? Now there’s a comment that needs further explanation :)

    • Missus Tribble says:

Heheh, singing with Sir Terry was amazing!

Every two years there’s a Discworld Convention held at a hotel in Birmingham and Terry is always there. On the first night there is always an opening ceremony, which begins with Terry sweeping the stage with a broom and then he does a little talk – he’s always accompanied by the (rather dashingly handsome) Stephen Briggs – many of us “Con-goers” are Facebook friends with him and he’s a lovely man to talk to.

Anyway, at the first Con D and I attended, a group of us were in the bar with our various musical instruments and voices, and I began singing “Will You Love Me Tomorrow”. D prodded me gently about halfway through the first verse and I looked around to see Terry singing and grooving along with the rest of us. Apparently he heard me singing and liked the song so he joined us for a while!

  9. P.P.S Here’s a little thank you present for you, check out episode 5:

  10. Guy Penn says:

Your list put a huge smile on my face. I especially appreciated the clown comment and the riding a horse (I rode my fist last year!). Congrats on the deserved nomination.

    • Missus Tribble says:

Haha, clowns terrify me – always have! Even finding out that the clown in Sarah Jane Adventure’s “Day of the Clown” didn’t help me and the husband had to keep stopping me from leaving the room!

      Thank you very much :)
